You feel like you're on vacation when you come to Kelly's and sit outside right along the Beaver River. Umbrella tables and sand on the ground you can't go wrong here. The food is basically bar food i.e. sandwiches, salads, wraps - oh and their homemade potato chips. They are REALLY good. They make their drinks here very strong so moderation is definitely key! They usually have entertainment in the evenings. I adore this place!
