Lulu's has been a mainstay on Park Slope's Fifth Avenue - a well stocked small toy store and salon for kids' haircuts. It was always a crowded, small store, but they've just moved a few blocks away to much more spacious digs on Fifth around Bergen. I have not yet visited this store but expect a really nice selection of toys and probably more space for haircuts. They tend to feature more educational toys, funkier and creative items, rather than the stuff they stock at ToysRUs. Nevertheless, it's not the kind of stuff that parents love but kids quickly forget about; they seem to be able to find toys that please everyone. A great place to pick up gifts for birthday parties too.
