Cable line fell into the street and broken by motorists driving over it. A Comcast technician was there, but said we had to contact Comcast ourselves. We did and they lied to us at least 4 times to say they were coming to fix the problem. We contacted a supervisor and headquarters and still going on three days we do not have cable!
They gave us no time that they would be coming out to fix the problem and at the same time said someone had to be in the home for the problem to be fixed. Even on Sunday a church day for us! I wonder if they are going to credit us for the time missed. We have a tv box, but that's hooked up to Comcast too! Their customer and repair service stinks! We did not cause the problem and neither was this an act of God. They have you hostage in your own home, but still want to be paid on time.
