I thas happened yet again!!! I can't get a signal to my TV so I have called Comcast. Yet again I have been told that they will have someone out to fix it the next day. I have waited for over half the day and finally called them to see what time they will be coming and find out that I'm not scheduled for service until next week. There is no explanation why. I won't even be home next week. The first couple of times this happened I thought they just made errors but I think it is standard procedure as it has happened now to a friend of mine also. They lie and are very unreliable. Then they had the nerve to give me $3.20 credit for not having TV service for 3 days as if this makes up for it. more
