Coe’s Floral and Gifts is a privately-owned wonderland unlike any other flower store in Ames. This quaint shop can make a person dizzy because flowers of every kind hang from the ceiling, grow from the ground and extend from every wall. The flowers change with every season and so does the ornate displays. It’s especially fun to visit the store around Christmas time as you’ll fell like you’re truly walking through a winter wonderland. The prices are reasonable for the quality of product you’ll receive. The staff is extremely friendly. Occasionally the shop offers flower arranging classes, put on by the owner. You can buy fresh or artificial flowers or order bouquets for any occasion.
