This company is FANTASTIC. I called for an estimate/assessment of damage after our door had been kicked in, and the lock tech came over within 30 minutes. He was honest that after looking things over, he told us our locks were actually in secure shape and better than anything he could replace them with, and told us to just make sure the dead bolt was always used ( It was not when the door was kicked in)
