I go to Vision Source for my eye exam and glasses. Dr Hembree is very professional, though. He listened to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. My 8 yr old son just got glasses for the first time,and they helped me pick out the right pair. I only gave them 3 stars because first of all, they forgot to order my glasses. That in itself wasnt TOO bad. What really got to me was that when I went to pick the glasses up and they realized that they hadnt been ordered, the workers all started arguing over who's fault it was--right in front of me! I mean, they were really bad-mouthing each other, like I wasnt even there to hear their insults. I thought it really was sad that Dr Hembree was so professional when the rest of his staff acted so badly.
