I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I may see again. Yes my grass was in need of maintenance it could have been maybe a ft tall, so I completely understand paying more for the first cut. When I spoke with the representative I explicitly stated where my garden was, so they wouldn’t run over it. I come home to find half the garden cut down and grass clippings everywhere. To the point that the town issued me a warning notice. As for the customer service I haven’t had a conversation that ended with me feeling confident. FYI this review is coming from someone who understands property maintenance rather well.
