Those new to Delaware may wonder what the heck Happy Harry's is, and is it ok to shop there.
The answer is Happy Harry's is a local Pharmacy chain similar to Rite Aid, Eckard, CVS just in the Delaware area. They have a wide selection of both name brand and generic label products as well as a full service pharmacy. The store is pretty clean and the shelves are well organized.
