They have quick and painless service but to be honest the building is starting to run down and they are just not a nice place anymore. I have know several people who have had their wedding receptions here and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Parking is limited as well so this is not a place that you want to hold any larger gathering. The location is easy to find but I wouldn't recommend them.
