I first learned of this product a couple of years ago when a co-worker received one as a gift. The product was lovely and I remembered it when looking for a gift for a close friend. I placed the order which did not arrive. I made many phone calls to Grand Avenue Chocolates and was told it was a problem with FedEx. They said they would resolve it but nothing was done. My friend's birthday came and went. The only thing the staff at Grand Avenue Chocolates did to my satisfaction was issue me a refund. And they did it with no apologies. The customer service reps are very unhelpful and lack professionalism. I have since called 5 times to try and reach a manager but I have been unsuccessful. I have been told he's in a meeting and he's gone for the day....all in the same phone call, mind you! NO PRODUCT IS WORTH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more trustworthy company.
