We have used this credit union for nearly 15 yrs. now and they have always been friendly and accomodating. We have needed to take a loan here-and-there and Riverside has never turned us down. The only thing I have ever had a problem with was that they took out a loan payment on the wrong day, which really screwed up my account, but they made it right and covered the checks that bounced. The locations are fairly convenient since the Bourbonnais location opened. I do wish they were open on Saturdays because it's hard to get in during the week sometimes.
