This company does not know the meaning of customer service. They do not communicate with customers and they are always using excuses for why something that you paid for is not done. We are still missing a product from our wedding that took place over 8 months ago and is valued at $1,000.00. We have continuously left messages and emails to find out the progress. I even design the album myself and all they had to do is plug the pictures in, and yet we have not received it. Unless you want aggravation for months after your wedding and someone bossing you around continuously during your special day then I would not hire them more
