I just wanted to let you know how pleasant it has been to work with Gary in the service department. A few years ago, I purchased a used Seadoo GTI. I took it to a dealership in Sherman to have some service work performed on the unit. After three trips to that dealership for the same repair, I brought it to your dealership. Gary was able to locate the problem and fix relatively inexpensively while the other dealership had charged me over $500 at that point and had still not fixed the problem. That took place in 2000. I have been using your service department ever since. I am not mechanically inclined by nature but Gary always takes the time to explain to me the various alternatives to repair my units. He is always friendly and courteous and makes me feel as though I am his only customer. I hope that Richardson Motorsports recognizes what a valuable employee Gary is for your company. He is definitely someone that presents himself well and is a good face for your company. Thanks again to Gary for all his help in the past and in the future.
