I would not recommend shopping at this location to determine your cell phone plan needs. The stands are not run by cell phone company employees, but rather WalMart electronics department employees. While some may have an idea of what's going on and have some hear-say to pass on, most could not care less whether you get a bad phone and plan for 2 years...
