Good: Have gone to the amusement park since childhood.. Bad: Do not complain about anything because you will be harassed by management and be thrown out with your small children.. Improvements: Employees trained properly on customer relations skills and if they are in the wrong...an apology....not to be thrown out of the park.. Other: Completely traumatizing experience for me and my five year old son because we complained about bad customer service...sad experience for a young child..
