Had a broken refrigerator/freezer and called them up.
They came on time, had the part (some type of circuit board) in stock in the van and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. Can't really ask anything more from a repair man -- Price was OK ---- anytime you call a repairman, you know you're gonna pay a grip for their time. Wasn't too high, wasn't too low -- just what you would expect...
To me, the most important thing is that they come on time and they fix the problem on the first visit. Mission accomplished on this repair!!
