We have used them to check our heat and air systems the last two years. They seem to know what they are doing, are very thorough, and always suggest that we replace our system - They aren't pushy, though. Our system is 30 years old and they are absolutely correct! Their prices on their service calls are very competitive with area companies. They also show up on time, which is a HUGE hit with me.
