From my own personal experience, excluding one incident, this company has done a great job grooming my little pomeranian Roamy. On one visit, however, she was "nicked" by a razor under the arm. This was found, to my surprise, by myself as I lifted her to find that spot bleeding. I'm not sure if they were aware, but I was sorely dissapointed. I also would advise against boarding your animals there as they are left outside, on the blacktop, even in hot conditions. Overall, from my own experience, this has been a good grooming shop in instances except what I have described.
