Every time that I call my agents office they are always there to help me and they take the time to explain things to me. They are very efficient and always try to provide the best for me. When I call they always remember who I am and take the time to ask me about my family. They make me feel like they really care.I always speak directly to my account representative and not different ones all of the time. They have a 24 hour good neighbor service who is always able to help me any time of the day without having to speak to Someone until the next day. Like a good neighbor State Farm is always there.
