I personally do not own a Ford, but after my dealings with Lloyd-Manwell I will be going back there for my next car. My car battery died while I was visiting an establishment by the dealership. The service department was able to jump start my car to take it to their service department. The battery I needed was no instock. They were able to order one and have it in my car in under an hour. I was made to feel like a valued customer.
