I bought a Canon SLR from these guys last may, and I would say it was a good experience. The salespeople were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Also, I figured I would be paying quite a bit more to buy in-store as opposed to online, but in fact I actually saved money, and they kicked in some extras for me (extra rolls, etc). All in all, it was a great experience. Would recommend
