Omelette Express is a pretty cool place. You can get any kind of omelette you can imagine. Or you could make your own up, Pick red or grean bell pepper, what kind of cheese, meat, and veggies. They are located in Santa Rosa's railroad square. My family likes to go to railroad square, have brunch at omelette express, then go antiquing.
