The office is relatively new and what I wold consider up to date. Each chair has it's own TV. The equipment is in working order. The decor is nice. My questions are always answered. I had three fillings replaced and it was the least painful procedure I have ever had in a dental office. The wait in the waiting room used to be relatively short, but the office seems to be getting busier. They cut down on their week-end and night hours (which is why we chose them in the first place) and the area they are located in is hard to get in and out of with all the traffic. I was recently left in the waiting room and none of the staff bothered to tell me the appointment had been canceled, and there have been some billing issues between the office and my insurance. Otherwise, the rating would have been higher.
