This was the second kennel I have used in the area, and it was so much better than the other one. My dog did not come home with a urinary tract infection, for one thing. There was no stink of feces or constant barking of stressed out dogs. I did not see the actual cages, but the grounds were cared for and the reception area was very clean. Their fee was in line with what others were charging, but I did not like the fact that you have to pay extra for play time. I would think that dogs need to be out of the cage and be able to play so it should not be a special charge. I will use them again. This might have been rated higher if I was able to see the boarding area and if there was not an extra charge for play time.
