I was unfortunate enough to have a breakdown on the interstate and needed a tow. This is the company that was "on call" according to the police. The tow was extremely expensive, and their estimate on the work needed was higher than my own mechanic. I ended up having to have the car towed from their service center to my regular mechanic in order to have the car serviced. I'll make sure I don't use them as a tow again.
