We recently bought our first home from Pulte Homes. The houses are very well designed and energy efficient. However the sales person may not explain you all the finance options available. we were quoted a rate of 6.5% and we had agreed but then while browsing Pulte site I saw an offer of 5% for homes in january. so it is always better to see the site of Pulte for all deals rather than just trusting the salesman.
