I have been a Cox Communications customer for three years. I use basic cable and cable internet. I feel like the prices I pay for the services I receive is a major rip-off. I wish I was in an area that offered more options, but Cox is the monopoly in Manhattan. I've called their customer service dept on a few occasions. It's always at least a 15 minutes phone call with the majority of that time spent on hold. Also, I made an appointment for them to install the internet recently. I had the appointment scheduled one month in advance, but the serviceman didn't show up. So, I had to call and reschedule for the following week. Anyway, I'm not impressed with their service, but I wont' change because they are the best option in this town. more
