We were in the market for a new car and decided to see what Bobby Rahal Toyota could do for us. The dealership wasn't that busy, but we still had to wait over 30 minutes for a sales person to come out and help us. The sales person wasn't very helpful and acted like he didn't want to help us. We asked about discounts and the trade in value and he wasn't really wanting to do anything. We decided not to purchase a vehicle there because we rather have great customer service than a stuffy sales person. more
