I had heard that this place had all the items you would need for hair- I made a long drive to them and was not happy at all.
The store was very small and crowded- I couldnt find any of the items that I had come to look for- I asked for some assistance and I was told to just hold on-the cashier was busy talking to a "friend" the person was not buying anything
I left and called to speak to the manager- they didnt offer any sort of apology- just a well- we get busy
there are many other beauty supply store in phx- use one of them!
