My family needed a new modem and with a heavy heart we went to the Cox store to get one- we had heard that the lines were so bad and we would be there forever
we walked in and a smiling face greeted us, she asked for our account info, and less then 2 minutes later we had the modem in our hands and were walking out.
the store was well lit- easy to navigate and sales people were so helpfull
