Good: Fast callback.. Bad: If you even mention the possibility of Medical Leave or Disability, they will NOT see you, even if you explain to them that you have the option of taking time away from your job without either of those. Nor, did they listen to me explaining that I have this option of giving away shifts, to get treatment. Once they hear Disability or Medical Leave, their minds are set, and won't budge, even when you (again) explain to them that you have other, flexible options. I told them that repeatedly.. Improvements: You would've thought that they had never listened to a word I spoke, when I reminded them that I didn't have to take Leave or Disability, they said that was NOT what I said! No listening comprehension!.
