I used to like Old Navy because i found the prices to be cheap. However I am getting older and now i see that the clothing is very low quality! I can not find a decent pair of pants in that store! I will say if you are on a tight budget then maybe the store would suit you fine. I would just wait for the end of season sales because all the merchandise is so cheap. I think the return policy is good, when you order online they give you a 3 month period and returns are free by mail if you want to exchange something, otherwise 5 dollars will be deducted from your order total. I find the design of the Old Navy stores to be young looking and fresh. I suppose it is ok for teenagers.
