SO, Casbah is not cheap, but well worth the $$. On occasion the service can feel a bit pretentious, but the menu and the wine list never fails to satisfy. I am a HUGE fan of a menu that changes constantly, sure there are a few staples at Casbah, but usually with a seasonal twist. Take your time, plan on spending some money (my only complaint is the wine list has a pretty decent mark up) and enjoy. The chocolate tower is a must...unless of course the Creme Brulée catches your fancy.
