Our washing machine as it drained had our toilet backing up and spilling water into our basement. This took place at 9:30pm. I went online at Rotorooter.com and scheduled a service call. I was told an available plumber would contact between 11-1am. At 11:02pm, the call came in and he was there 10 minutes later. The prompt service was appreciated. It took a few minutes to diagnose the issue and 3 attempts were made to resolve the problem at the most inexpensive cost to me. He made every effort to not go for the cash and on the 3rd attempt he unclogged the drain and everything is back to normal. The effort in keeping my cost down was much appreciated.
