I mostly use Kinko's for self-service copier use. I like the ability to use my credit card or the Kinko's card at each machine and to print out receipts afterward. However, I consistently have trouble getting service if it is only for self-service purchases...say, a problem with the receipt printing or card machine or to learn prices. I've yet to have a Kinko's employee smile while assisting me. They always seem stressed and grumpy. Love the services they offer though, just hope FedEx customer service philosophy rubs off on Kinko's.
