This is the closest video rental store to my home, so we have started using them. They are a pretty typical independent video store, but they don't get too busy so they usually have whatever you are looking for. And you can usually rent new releases a few days before they are supposed to be out on the shelves...maybe I shouldnt share that part! Customer service has been relatively good, although an employee did get rude with us once when we rented a DVD with a scratch on it and he tried to say we did it! But that was the only bad experience with them...also, you can get used DVDs for cheap here!
