When my husband and I purchased our truck, we equipped it with an auto-starter from Clifford. Clifford provides a life-long warranty to certain parts. Our "brain" had fried itself for no reason. Even though we did not purchase our system at AL & Ed's, they still are considered a rep. for Clifford. They contacted the representative at Clifford's and made all the repairs and did the programming at no charge. Very attentive staff and wonderful work.
