Scully is the coolest artist of the epidermis that I know of. He did my last tat and he did my friends also. He also did my reink--(which was my fault)-on my tat. I hope to return this summer for another one of Scully's skillful tattoos. He keeps his place REALLY clean and tasteful. It is bigger place then his old shop in Hillyard. I was really impressed with all his art work and tattoos that he has done, he has a digital photos to show off all his hard work that he has given to people. They also do piercing (all) and he has the pictures from that too..LOL
He makes his place of work very professional. He makes sure that all his equipment is clean and sterile. He also tells you how it is--he won't say..naw it won't hurt. he says its going hurt anywhere you put it and pierce it.
