I had someone from the company come out to fix my dishwasher. He was on time, pleasant, did the work and told me if there was a problem to contact the company (within 30 days). Two days later, it didn't work. They were more than happy to come back and fix it for FREE. I then had a problem with my home warranty charging me for 2 visits. I called Runyon's and they not only took the time to call my home warranty company to straighten it out, they called me and told me it was taken care of and to contact them with any other needs. Not only did they fix my dishwasher, they went the extra mile with their customer service. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants not only a job well done, but a company to also helps you.
