This place is a JOKE! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! Had to get my bumper painted... That was it... Very minor paint job. Was told by Heidi that the claim was legit & would be paid for by insurance. All of a sudden AFTER my car was dropped off it isn't covered by insurance!?! WTH?
So I decide to proceed anyway since the car was already there... (SOUNDS LIKE A BAIT AND SWITCH) When I went in to pick up my car, it wasn't even ready and as I drove off, I noticed the trunk switch was busted. And I noticed the next day that the plugs to the bumper hooks weren't even painted and they still put them back on all crooked & not flush! Crappy A$$ job! And they refused to fix their shotty workmanship! How shady is that??? After dealing with rude unprofessional people I was finally able to get the job re-done after complaining to my insurance company that referred me to them. Even after they "fixed" the bumper plugs, the paint job was still horrible, you can see they put so much paint on it that it dried up as a drip!!! OMG, so I just decided to cut my losses at this point. NEVER AGAIN will I come back and will never refer anyone to this horrible place!
Don't even think about bringing your car here! Save yourself the stress & haggle of dealing with unprofessional staff & owner & go somewhere else! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!
