I took a pair of dressy sandals to GQ Show Repair because I had lost the rubber heel on one shoe. The heels on both shoes were replaced, which took about five to seven days (longer than I expected). I also found the price to be very high based on the actual work done. After picking up my shoes, I asked around and found that others thought the price was high as well. I may return for something more intensive but for a basic heel repair I'll save the money and go elsewhere.
