My opinion of a good Chinese restaurant hinges strongly on the flavor of the food. Pagoda is more cost effective than other Chinese places in the area and, in my opinion, offers better food. The sauce accompanying the steamed dumplings is the best I've had and the chicken with garlic sauce is spicy, as it should be. Delivery time tends to be faster than other local places, which says alot (the drive to my place is somewhat far). Although I have other restaurants right down the street, my pick is Pagoda.
