As you may know this is the second Passage, there is a smaller version on Emmons Ave. Now the first time I went I didnt love it because it was somewhat empty and the music was for the middle aged crowd. But I was just there recently and had a GREAT time. The food there is excellent. The music is a mix of Russian and English. The crowd was a mix of younger and middle aged. A plus is that there is no need to go outside to smoke, but they have a smoking area with tables and chairs. The restaurant itself is very pretty and nice in size so you don't feel "tight". i would go there again, but still prefer the one on Emmons Ave. for my birthday since I think its more youth based, and the food for some reason seems to be better there. Weird!
