I have literally been wresting with my computer for over two months. Whenever I would go to get on the internet I would get 10s if not 100s of popups blocking every move. This was my first experience calling someone to "fix" my computer so I had NO idea who to contact and if they were good.
A friend told me about Pute! Said they had a positive experience. You know what? They were right. Not only did (sorry I forgot his name) they tell me what they were doing and why but they picked my computer up at my house and delivered back to me at no extra charge (what a novel idea, I wish more companies were like that).
Again as I said this is the first time I used them or anyone else so I cannot compare them to anyone.
But like my friend before me -
my experience was very positive
