Incorrectly serviced my dryer on 2/13. $142 for a replacement thermostat. Issue not resolved. Called back in a month, due to overheating issues, to set up appointment (covered by thier supposed 1 year warranty). Never showed/no call for 1st appointment; set up new appointment; never showed or called again; set up third appointment; you guessed it, no call, no show and now my calls are avoided and messages are not returned.
