I use Verizon for my cell phone service. They are very good and like all the commercials, do have very reliable service. I have friends who use Cingular and other services and from my experience, they have more dropped or lost calls than me. The phones Verizon offers are good, although the $15 a month for V-cast service is ridiculous. Ask yourself whether you are really going to spend so much time accessing the internet and e-mail from your phone that you need this service. Verizon's rates are a bit high, but you do get a lot for your money. Their customer service has always been good when I have called and they have even credited my account when there have been problems.
