Good: I have been to this store a few times and to be honest this was the first time i was greeted by every employee i met. i was asked if i needed any help with my party planning and got the V.I.P. service from the manager Bill B. this was the best customer service ever. he is what this store needed. Bad: I loved everything about my shopping experience! my "Royal Wedding Party" is going to be a huge hit! thanks to all the help from the manager.. Improvements: more of a selection.. Other: Not going back to party city as long as the service at party depot continues at this rate..
