We purchased a home in late 2000 and Cipriano was the seller's agent. From the get go we had nothing but problems with this very unprofessionally handled Real Estate company.
The final straw was at the closing when the sellers representatives didn't bring the keys to our new house with them.
That's right! I just paid $90,000 for a house and they didn't have the keys. The attornies called the realtor (Cipriano) and they were leaving for the day and TAPED OUR KEYS TO OUR NEW HOUSE TO THEIR OUTSIDE OFFICE DOOR!
I will say this for them, they took care of THEIR client. We ended up paying ALL the closing costs and points.
I would NEVER buy, nor sell or even RENT another piece of property from this company every, ever again.
If you see their sign on the front lawn, just keep driving.
