My husband I used their service for the first time last year. Previously we had used a local CPA in our previous location. Normally I would find their fees to be high, however we had gotten a good coupon on the back of a Schnucks (Wentzville) receipt which kept their price competitive. An appointment is not needed and although our person was not that knowledgeable, she got us help from her supervisor when needed. The experience was painless and quick. We did not use their instant loan feature as that is expensive and we did not need money that quickly. They offer free electronic filing which was faster than mail in filing. Overall we were very happy with their service and will use them again.
